Greedin Consulting DOO — Refund Policy for the B2B Cold Outreach Course.
1. Product
Access to the online "B2B Cold Outreach Course" — a digital educational service (pre-recorded video materials on an LMS platform plus scheduled live Q&A calls). One-time payment in USD.
2. Refund Period
The Client may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the official start date of the Course as published on dangridin.com/bdr. After this period, regardless of the Client's progress or attendance, no refunds are issued.
3. Calculation of Refund
The refund amount is reduced by the cost of services already provided and/or materials accessed by the Client prior to the refund request (calculated based on completed modules or time elapsed).
4. How to Request a Refund
Email dan@dangridin.com from the email address used at purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and returned to the original payment method.
5. Merchant of Record
