- Identity & contact: name and email address provided at registration / purchase.
- Account & usage: your progress and activity within the LMS platform.
- Payment data: processed by Paddle. We do not collect or store your card details — payment information is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record / payment processor.
2. How We Use Your Data
To provide access to the Course and the LMS platform, deliver customer support, send service notifications (e.g. access invitation, call reminders), and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
3. Legal Basis (GDPR)
Performance of a contract (providing the Course), our legitimate interest (operating and securing the service), and legal obligation (tax/accounting).
4. Sharing
- Paddle — payment processing and order management (Merchant of Record).
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for as long as required by law (e.g. accounting records). You may request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Your Rights
