Frankly, I don’t see any merit in hiding my fees behind the lead form or a discovery call, so let’s cut to the chase:
1. One-off session.
If you want my take on a particular problem, offer, marketing piece, or just pick my brain on topics related to enterprise sales — the hourly rate is $500, with slots usually available within 4-5 business days. After the call, you get the recording and recaps of the session.
2. Discovery Project
For a fixed fee, I dig into your challenge, analyze the customer data, interview team members, and create an action plan and a resource list to achieve the desired result.
- Kick-off session. We articulate the problem that needs to be solved (i.e., “we struggle to engage with target accounts from industry X”, “we want to significantly increase the share of wallet with customer Y,” etc.).
- Deep dive into the problem. I analyze the deals, interview the team members, go through GTM strategy and prepare the action list, week-by-week implementation plan, and reference materials (if needed).
The fee for a discovery project is $5,000 with a delivery time of two weeks.
3. Ongoing coaching and mentorship
Weekly accountability sessions with troubleshooting and progress tracking. Slack channel for prompt feedback between the calls. Three-month minimum commitment.
Starting from $3,000 per month.
4. Direct involvement in a project or deal
If you want me to lead a particular campaign or deal, there’s an option of me being a fractional project leader. The level of involvement is discussed individually.
Starting from $15,000 per month + performance bonus with a minimum three-month commitment.
