1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Offeror/Service Provider: This Public Offer (hereinafter, the "Offer") is made by DRUŠTVO SA OGRANICENOM ODGOVORNOŠCU GREEDIN CONSULTING DOO (hereinafter, the "Service Provider"), registered at POSLOVNI CENTAR KULA A, BSC, BAR, Crna Gora.

1.3. Acceptance of Offer: This document is a Public Offer for the provision of educational services. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer (the "Acceptance") shall be considered the transfer of monetary funds to the Service Provider’s bank account by the person wishing to acquire the Service (the "Client").
1.4. Agreement: Upon Acceptance, this document is deemed a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") between the Client and the Service Provider.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Client with access to educational services under the "B2B Cold Outreach Course" (hereinafter, the "Course"), and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for these services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. Course Content and Format:
- Course Name: B2B Cold Outreach Course.
- Format: The services are provided remotely via the Internet. The Course includes pre-recorded video materials hosted on an LMS (Learning Management System) platform and access to scheduled live Q&A calls.
- Composition: The Course consists of 4 modules, dedicated access to the LMS platform, and participation in scheduled QA calls.
2.3. Course Duration and Schedule: The specific duration, schedule, and end date of the Course are published on the Service Provider’s official webpage: dangridin.com/bdr. Access to the LMS platform is granted for the period specified on the webpage.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
3.1. Course Price: The cost of the Course is determined by the tariffs published on the Service Provider’s official website: dangridin.com/bdr. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the tariffs, provided that any change does not affect Clients who have already paid for the Course.
3.2. Payment: The Client shall make a 100% prepayment for the selected tariff of the Course.
3.3. Payment Method: Payment shall be made by transferring monetary funds to the Service Provider's bank account or via a secure payment system specified by the Service Provider. The date of payment shall be the date the funds are credited to the Service Provider's account.
4. PROCEDURE FOR PROVIDING SERVICES
4.1. The Service Provider shall grant the Client access to the LMS platform and Course materials within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving 100% prepayment.
4.2. Access details (login and password) shall be sent to the email address provided by the Client during the purchase process. The Client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
4.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change the schedule of live Q&A calls, notifying the Client at least 24 hours in advance via the LMS platform, email, or dedicated communication channels.
4.4. The services are considered rendered upon the expiration of the total Course duration specified on the website, regardless of whether the Client has actually reviewed all the materials or participated in all live calls.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
5.1. All materials, including video recordings, texts, presentations, and methodologies of the Course, are the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
5.2. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Course materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
5.3. The Client is strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or transferring the Course materials or access credentials to third parties. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and initiation of civil or criminal proceedings for copyright infringement.
6. REFUND POLICY AND TERMINATION
6.1. Refund Period: The Client may request a refund for the Course fee within fourteen (14) calendar days from the official start date of the Course as published on dangridin.com/bdr. 6.2. Calculation of Refund: In the event of a timely refund request (within 14 days), the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of the services already provided and/or materials accessed by the Client prior to the date the refund request was received by the Service Provider. The cost of services rendered will be calculated based on the proportion of completed modules or time elapsed. 6.3. Exclusions: After the expiration of the fourteen (14) day period, regardless of the Client's progress or attendance, no refunds will be issued. 6.4. Termination by Service Provider: The Service Provider may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and block the Client's access without a refund if the Client violates Section 5 (Intellectual Property) or Clause 4.2 (Sharing Credentials).
7. LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Client's inability to use the services due to lack of necessary software, Internet connection problems, or other technical issues on the Client's side.
7.2. The Service Provider's liability under this Agreement is limited to the cost of the Course paid by the Client.
7.3. All disagreements or disputes arising between the Parties shall be resolved through negotiations.
7.4. If an amicable settlement is not reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Montenegro, in accordance with the laws of Montenegro.
