## DEAL-BREAKER CRITERIA
Check each criterion. If ANY one fails → the company is DISQUALIFIED.
### DB1: Not in gaming or adjacent industry
FAIL if the company's primary business is NOT related to: video game development, game publishing, interactive entertainment, TCG/CCG, metaverse/virtual worlds, or gamification.
Look at: industry field, company description, products mentioned on website.
### DB2: Micro-company without funding
FAIL if employee count is LESS THAN 10 AND total funding is empty/null/zero AND there is no mention of a publisher deal.
Companies with <10 people BUT confirmed funding or a publisher deal → PASS.
### DB3: AI-first art pipeline
FAIL if the company publicly positions AI-generated art as the core of their art pipeline or product.
Look at: company description, product descriptions for mentions of "AI-generated art", "procedural art generation", "AI art pipeline" as a PRIMARY approach.
Note: companies that USE AI as a supplementary tool but primarily rely on human artists → PASS.
### DB4: Sanctions restrictions
FAIL if the company is headquartered in a country under comprehensive US/EU sanctions (North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk/Luhansk regions).
Russian companies → FAIL.
Companies in non-sanctioned countries owned by sanctioned entities → FLAG as risk but PASS.
### DB5: Toxic reputation or unethical content
FAIL if the company primarily produces: unlicensed gambling, pornographic content, or has well-documented public scandals involving non-payment to contractors.
Look at: company description, product descriptions.
Standard casino/betting companies with proper licensing → PASS but note.
### DB6: Single small asset request (<$500)
At the screening stage this is NOT checkable. Always mark as PASS (N/A).
### DB7: No active project in production
FAIL if there is NO evidence of: any released game/product, any announced game in development, any active live-service game, or any job openings.
Companies with at least ONE shipped or announced product → PASS.
If data is insufficient to determine → mark as UNCERTAIN, do not fail.

## Антислоп-гайдлайны
**Длина:** 60–80 слов на письмо
**Язык:** Plain American English, conversational
**Em dashes (—):** ЗАПРЕЩЕНЫ в тексте писем. Ноль. Перестраивай предложение.
