- We will work in a small group with no conflict of interest between the participants (no direct competitors)
- This is a implementation-first program. So if you want to join just to “be in the know”, please don’t. Apply only if you have a relevant target enterprise account at hand.

- Clients with at least $200ARR ( preferably $1M)
- Geo: US/EU/UK/MENA/APAC
- Market with a "finite" number of target accounts (hard boundaries on product or technology application / limits on contract amount below which your math doesn't add up)
- Complex product / solution with lots of moving parts
- Cross-functional and cross-hierarchical decision making process
- Volume based outreach doesn’t cut it anymore. BDRs can’t generate meeting in enterprise accounts via cold outreach
- BDRs are doing “all the right things” (or at least seem to) with nothing to show for them.
- Enterprise business mostly comes from renewals and account expansion i.e. you struggle to engage “cold” tier-1 accounts
- You acquire enterprise clients through unscalable sources (references, channel partners etc) and struggle to
- Rainmaker dependency. All your big deals are founder-led.
- We work on your real target accounts — there won't be any "hypothetical examples”
- On every workshop, you’ll receive a sizable homework assignment that needs to be done in order to proceed with the program.

Prepping and launching a tailored outreach campaign for one enterprise account will take at least 30 hours (please refer to this part of the framework for precise calculations). Add to ~20 hours to study course materials and participate in the coaching calls.
